Driver didn't attach registration number to trailer
A Gainsborough man has been fined after he drove a car and a trailer and failed to fix the registration number assigned by the Secretary of State to the rear of the trailer in the manner of which it is expected.
David Smith, 57, of Victoria Close, Gainsborough, has been fined £40, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
