The minutes secretary is Chris Rayner, the programme secretary and flower of the month competition organiser is Jean Thompson, refreshments Lyn Small and the outings are to continue to be organised by Les Robinson.
Members were reluctant to put their names forward to serve on the committee, but there was an encouraging response for volunteers to help on the two show days.
The programme for the coming year has now been finalised and arrangements were confirmed for the annual dinner at the Heneage Arms on Friday March 13.
A comprehensive range of speakers is planned and as usual the coach outings will take passengers as far and as wide as they can comfortably travel in a day.
The flower of the month competition was won by Shirley Booth and she was presented with the prize for gaining the most points during the year.
The last outing of the year for members and friends was very popular requiring two coaches to accommodate all the passengers to their destination - Kipling Hall, near Scotch Corner.
And the package included not only viewing the hall, which was specially decorated for the festive season, but also a traditional Christmas dinner at the stately home.
