A THOUGHT-provoking drama comes to Wickenby’s Broadbent Theatre this weekend.
Shadows in the Snow tells the story of Saskia who, after shutting herself off from the world for the past year, decides she has to get her life back on track.
As Christmas approaches, she is determined not to spend it alone and decides to contact three people she once classed as her closest friends to spend it with her.
The letters she writes bring her much more than she bargained for and a long-forgotten face turning up at her door brings her whole life into focus and forces her to confront both her past choices and her future decisions.
Performed by Purple Dreams Production and written by Tobias Nicholls, Shadows in the Snow takes to the stage on Sunday, October 7, at 7.30pm.
Some aspects of the play are not suitable for those under 14 years of age, but it is one that definitely should not be missed.
Tickets cost £9 and £8 pre-paid from the box office on 01673 885500.
A surcharge of £1 is to be paid on tickets purchased on the door.
