For more than 50 years Louth Playgoers have presented musicals which have given all actors, singers and dancers alike a chance to perform together on-stage and this year is no different.
This May they present The King and I, based on a true-life epic story of an English governess who works in the court of the Supreme King of Siam, put alongside inspiring music and lyrics which have become internationally known and loved.
The Louth cast is made up of a wide age group – from four to 80. The show runs from Wednesday, May 13 to Saturday, May 23, at 7.30pm (excluding Sunday, May 17).
