Rasen residents - and those from anywhere across Lincolnshire - can enjoy a free day at the races next week.

Market Rasen Racecourses’s next fixture, on Tuesday February 4, is
Residents’ Day.

And all you have to do is produce a utility bill or similar at the entrances to gain free admission to the Tattersalls Enclosure, a saving of £14 on the day.

“The offer covers all postcodes in the county, so it’s a great day for sports fans to enjoy a very affordable afternoon out,” said Pip Kirkby, General Manager of Market Rasen Racecourse.

The day will feature a seven-race card, with the first scheduled to start at 1.20pm.

Gates, as always, open two hours before the first race.

This year, Market Rasen Racecourse is staging 21 jump meetings.

Tickets for all fixtures can be bought in advance online at or call 0844 579 3009.
