Tune in for trio of fine live music acts

Leeds five-piece band Ellen and The Escapades is the headline act at Town Hall Live in Kirton in Lindsey next week.

Since forming in 2009, Ellen and the Escapades have played the Leeds, Reading and Glastonbury festivals, and earlier this year they released their debut album ‘All the Crooked Scenes’ to critical acclaim.

Ellen Smith’s captivating vocals are the highlight in a catchy selection of songs that tread the line between folk, pop and rock.

In support at Kirton on Friday May 31 is Hull band The Crash Blossoms, who went down a storm when supporting The Once earlier in the year.

On top of this there will also be a guest spot for Rita Payne, who recently appeared on the TV show ‘The Voice’.

Tickets for the concert cost £11 in advance, £12 on the door.
