There’s a welcome back to Kirton in Lindsey for Rita Payne after last February’s show proved to be a complete sell out.

Since then, they have been very busy, with more sell-out gigs and their second album, which was fan-funded.

And they are back at Kirton Town Hall Live this Friday, October 24, when they will again be backed by their band - featuring Tom Howe on guitar, Pete Howe, violin, and Robin Baker on bass.

They will be playing songs from the new album - ‘We’re Getting There Aren’t We’ - as well as favourites from their first album - ‘Stories From A Suitcase’.

In support will be Luke Jackson, a 19-year-old singer songwriter from Canterbury.

Although his roots are in folk music, his guitar technique and dynamic voice suggests an emerging rock star.

Advance tickets for the concert cost £11 (£12.50 on the night) from Brian on 01652 649230 or from www.wegottickets.com .
