Toronto trio The Good Lovelies will be bringing their own brand of entertainment to the area this week as part of the Town Hall Live season.

The Canadian girl band is made up of Caroline Brookes, Kerri Ough and Sue Passmore and visit Kirton in Lindsey as part of their 14-date UK tour.

Their three part harmonies, mastery of guitar, mandolin, banjo and bass, together with witty on stage banter make their performances a joy.

But they are not your ‘run of the mill girl’ band - they are described as funny, upbeat and sassy.

Over the last six years they have built up quite a following in Canada, America and the UK.

The Good Lovelies will be playing at Kirton in Lindsey Town Hall on Sunday, June 30.

Support will come from Isle of Axholme duo and Town Hall Live favourites Rita Payne.

Advance tickets cost £10 and are available from OneStop or Premier Stores in the town.

Tickets on the door will be £12. Doors open at 7pm.
