A LIVE music night this Friday will raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care.

The special charity event takes place in Ludford Village Hall from 8pm and entrance is £5.

Providing the music will be C’est La Vie, the original members of the Jon J Paul Band, a group who enjoyed premier league success in Country Music during the late 90s.

Having gone their own ways at the onslaught of the line dance craze, they settled in other musical environments, but have decided to reform and continue to deliver their brand of pure Country Music.

The band, fronted by multi instrumentalist Jon J Paul, boasts a plethora of songs styles and instrumentation, including the Guitars, piano and accordion of Jon J, complemented by arguably the UK’s top steel guitarist and a virtuoso of both electric guitars, Dobro and mandolin Derek Thurlby,

The driving force behind these superb musicians lie Tony Hornsby on bass and Lee Guyler on drums, again both renowned top country musicians in the UK and all names you may recognise from their work with other top Country artists…

The show is a rare opportunity to see these four guys together again.
