A real feast is in store for music lovers at Brigg’s Steel Rooms when Anna Pancaldi and Sam Way appear at the increasingly popular venue.
The special acoustic session is in the intimate top floor gallery this Friday, October 23.
Anna Pancaldi comes from a musical family, so it was only natural Anna’s love affair with music began at a young age.
Her father was a singer who introduced her to outstanding artists such as Doris Day and Judy Garland.
Anna has been busy on the festival scene in the past year; she made her debut at Glastonbury in 2014 and this summer graced the stage there again, as well as playing at many more events.
Sam Way’s songs tell stories and reflections from eight years of travel; thoughts jotted down in notepads, forgotten poems, and now played out on acoustic guitar.
They are undeniably catchy, cleverly crafted and aim to catalyse the captivated listener into exploration.
Hailing from Devon but now based in London, Way began writing songs on the piano at the age of 16.
Doors open at 7.30pm for an 8pm start this Friday.
Tickets £5 from the shop, email email@example.com or call 01652 657256.
