The artistic director, acclaimed international concert-pianist Ashley Wass, has put together an exciting programme on the theme ‘sounds and spaces’, with music ranging from harpsichord works by Tudor/ Jacobean composer Orlando Gibbons to a composition by celebrated contemporary composer Huw Watkins.
The festival takes place from August 14 to August 18 at five venues - Assembly Rooms and Drill Hall in Lincoln, Doddington Hall, Tattershall’s Holy Trinity Church and Horncastle parish church.
Tickets for all events are available from Lincoln Drill Hall box office on 01522 873894, open 10am to 5pm, or www.lincolndrillhall.com
