The Hope Tavern Blues Session this Sunday, November 23, features the return of a band receiving glowing reviews throughout the music industry, having impressed audiences at the major Blues venues and festivals in the UK and Europe.
Now Little Devils bring their unique brand of Blues to the Tavern playing a mix of R&B, Rock and what they describe as “Dylanesque” Blues as a four piece line-up fronted by saxophonist Yoka, who not only was nominated Blues in Britain instrumentalist of the year 2014, but has a rare vocal range and the power to project a true blues feeling.
Big Ray Querashi is on lead guitar, with bassist and songwriter Graeme Wheatley, and much sought-after global session drummer Sara Shaw.
After a well received feature on Paul Jones’ Radio 2 show it promises to be an exciting evening for the audience to experience this band live and close up in the intimate surroundings of the Hope Tavern.
The Show starts at 4pm and the charge on the door is £8.
