TAKE a trip to Africa and find out about a charity changing lives through the lens.
An evening with Scott Hurd is being held in Caistor Arts and Heritage this Friday, February 24, starting at 7.15pm.
Scott works as a professional photographer in Namibia and during the evening he will share some of his dreams, frustrations and experiences in what he sees as the most photogenic country on the planet.
He will also be talking about charity SNAPAFRICA! which sets out to find young people in Namibia from disadvantaged backgrounds who will be able to take advantage of a camera.
SNAPAFRICA! which has been running for almost five year, collects old digital cameras in the UK and passes them on to youngsters in Namibia.
The entry fee for the evening is entirely up to you - as all proceeds go to the charity.
