ELSHAM Hall will be open this half-term, with the gardens in full bloom and this year’s newcomers, the cute curly coat pigs, waiting to welcome adults and children alike.

Guinea pigs, brown sheep, the butterfly garden, eye-catching birds, living willow features and grass sculptures are among the many other attractions to be found around the park.

Opening hours for half-term, until June 5, are from 11am to 5pm each day, and the courtyard café will be open for drinks and snacks.

There is also the opportunity to book tickets for the Open Air Theatre which is returning following 2010’s successful event.

The performance this year, on Sunday, August 7, is Sense and Sensibility, and tickets can be bought at the park reception office.
