The syllabus is out for the 96th North Lincolnshire Music and Drama Festival to be held in Brigg for two weeks starting on Monday February 29.

The 2016 Festival is earlier than normal, due to the earlier date of Easter, and the closing date for entries is Monday November 9.

There are a number of changes in 2016 - all drama classes will be held in St John’s Church, instead of The Angel Suite, some music classes have been amalgamated and the syllabus now includes instrumental grade classes.

The Festival Committee has launched a new web site carrying greater information and this can be found at www.northlincolnshirebriggfestival.co.uk. Music classes start on February 29 and drama on March 3.

All music classes will be in St John’s Church and the Festival Concert will take place on Saturday March 12 at 6pm in The Vale Academy.

Copies of the syllabus can be obtained from Grandad’s Shed in Wrawby Street.

The Festival also needs more Vice Presidents (£25) and Honorary Members (£20). Both get complimentary ticket allocation.
