AGE UK Lindsey is looking forward to welcoming visitors to its Summer Festival next Tuesday, May 29, held from 10am-3pm at Petwood Hotel in Woodhall Spa.
The programme of events includes a summer floral demonstration by Ann Snowden and a fashion show with a distinctive red, white and blue theme.
Musical entertainment will be provided by Peter Hickin and his ever popular nostalgia sing-along.
The guest speaker this year is the charity’s patron, the Lord Lieutenant of Lincolnshire, Tony Worth, who will give a talk on his role as the Queen’s representative in the county.
A variety of stalls will include home-made cakes, bakes and produce; Jamie at Home; cards; crafts; Wiltshire Farm Foods; British Red Cross; jewellery; gifts and Cottage Garden Plants.
A grand tombola and raffle will be held and Age UK Lindsey Shops will be represented with bric-a-brac, books and quality labels.
