Flower lovers and garden enthusiasts can get inspiration galore from this years’s programme for the Lincolnshire Group of the Hardy Plant Society.

The programme begins this Saturday, January 25, with the AGM in William Farr School at Welton at 1.30pm.

The official meeting will be followed with a talk, at around 2pm, by Dr Rachel Petheram: The Cutting Garden.

Rachel has been growing cut flowers for 12 years, has been a University lecturer for 19 years, is a tutor at RHS Harlow Carr and writes regularly for ‘Grow Your Own’ magazine.

Earlier this month, she featured in the BBC2 programme ‘Great British Garden Revival.’
