Eddie Neale is the latest young reader to receive the Bookstart award.
The presentation was made by Market Rasen librarian Mel Fenwick.
“Bookstart is a brilliant way of supporting children to learn to read in preparation to going to school. It encourages them to continue to use the library year on year,” said Mel.
