Market Rasen and Louth RFC will be hoping for an upturn in fortunes as they return to league action on Saturday after the mid-season break.
Injuries and unavailability has tested the club’s strength-in-depth and influenced a sequence of eight straight defeats which has left them 11th in Midlands One East.
But they will be buoyed by their early season performances when at full-strength they won three of their opening five matches and sat comfortably within the top half.
They resume the second half of the campaign with a tough trip to third-placed Newbold-on-Avon (kick-of 2.15pm).
The Warwickshire side won 72-20 at Rasen in mid-September and have lost just once at home this season.
