Market Rasen Angling Association – 2nd Leg Jackson Builders Merchant Summer Aggregate Shield & Chairman Cup.

The start of the evening matches brought 12 anglers to the draw at the Willingham Road lake to fish the 2nd leg of the Jackson Builders Merchant Aggregate Shield and also for the Chairman’s Cup.

The anglers were greeted with a warm fine evening for the match, but they did have to contend with a stiff easterly wind, which in the end was a major factor with the weights being very low for the match.

The match got underway at 6.30pm and it was Barry De’Ath who, fishing from peg 2, found and lost quite a few fish to take the match with a weight of 4lb 2oz. Second place went to Stuart Cash fishing on peg 30 with a weight of 1lb 15oz. The final payout place was taken by Ted Goulsbra fishing from peg 3 with a weight of 1lb 9oz.
