I would like to thank the Caistor in Bloom team.
There’s a little town called Caistor, in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds, where once the Roman conquerors trod, so we have been told.
It is a place of beauty, no one can deny, as the flowers bloom the streets in colours of the best.
We thank God for its beauty and for the schools and churches too, and the team who made the our town the golden medal best.
I would also like to thank the editor and the team at the Rasen Mail, which I read every week; its wonderful and keeps me in touch with the county.
