Store loyalty is a two-way street

EDITOR – Having followed the recent articles about supporting local businesses, this has to be a two-way street.

While there are some fantastic local businesses around the Market Rasen area, there are also some poor examples.

I have recently had experience of one business which did such a poor job that the tradesman left me in tears and I have had to call another tradesman out to rectify the job.

Others just do not return calls or fail to show up. To ask customers to support our local businesses, they need to offer customer service, value for money and a quality job, otherwise local customers like myself whilst desperately wanting to support local enterprise, will have no alternative or feel so let down by our local tradesmen that we will shop out of area.
