On behalf of the whole club, I should like to express our sincere gratitude to the team of NCS volunteers that worked so hard to restore and improve the club’s ground and facilities.

Since the team carried out their programme of repair and maintenance, I have received no end of compliments on just how good the club and facilities are looking, which is particularly encouraging for a small sports and social club such as ours.

I should like to convey particular thanks to a club member, Amber Scales, who proposed the club as a suitable community project for the group.

I would also like to thanks Ellie Witt, who secured the charity car wash in Binbrook.

To benefit from the hard work of these young people is simply fantastic. To then receive an extremely kind donation of £200 from funds raised by these young people is quite extraordinary and much more than the club might have hoped for.

The club and its members should like to wish all those who were involved in the project the very best of luck in their future ambitions and simply to endorse the great work that NCS is achieving through its young persons’ development programme.

Special thanks to Ellie Witt, Hannah Suddaby, Grace Daly, Holly Cox (leader), Amber Scales, Kaleb Cartilage-Taylor, Jacob Davidson, Kate Merrikin, Ellie Brine, Kelsey Lingard and Danielle Faulkner.

Also our sincere gratitude to Beth Sharp and to Emily Chamberlain (leader) and Flora Enright (mentor).
