Worksop: Child rescued from tree in Clumber Park

Fire crews were called to Clumber Park last night (Friday 30th August) to rescue a child stuck up a tree.

The eight-year-old had been impaled by a nail in the leg and was unable to move.

A fire engines from Worksop, and specialist rescue teams from Tuxford and Highfield attended the scene at 7pm.

They used ladders and saw equipment to free the child.
