Plans to build more than 40 houses in Faldingworth have been approved by West Lindsey planners.

Faldingworth Parish Council and a number of residents had submitted objections to the planning application over concerns such as access to the site.

The new homes will be on land to the east of the Cricket Meadows development, on the south of the village.

Work on the houses must begin within two years.
