B1202 between Wragby and Bardney closed after power lines come down in crash

Part of the B1202 was closed on Tuesday morning (October 22) to allow repairs to be made to overhead powerlines that fell into the road following a collision.

High voltage electricity wires have been left hanging in the road near Bardney following a road traffic collision.

Police have closed the B1202 Wragby Road near Chambers Farm Wood between Bardney and Wragby this evening, Monday, 21 October, after a vehicle hit an electricity pylon.

Officers are now waiting for engineers from the East Midlands Electricity Board to arrive.
