Staff and residents jumped to it at The Poplars care Home in Market Rasen for National Christmas Jumper Day.
They sported an array of colourful Christmas jumpers and tee-shirts to enjoy the fun event.
Some of them are pictured above in one of the lounges that had been decorated for the festive season.
Staff had given each sitting room a different theme as part of a Christmas competition by the Order of St John Care Trust, which runs the home.
A lot of time and effort had been put in to creating snowflakes, rag wreaths, baubles and more to give the home a truly festive feel.
And the hard work paid off; not only is the home a seasonal delight, they also won the competition.
“Staff and residents were absolutely thrilled to have won and the staff have put so much effort and time into making the home look so festive,” said manager of The Poplars, Maxine Kennedy
Residents and staff were also delighted when Father Christmas paid them a visit, complete with sleigh, last Friday afternoon.
Thanks go to the Lions Club for helping him to make the detour from his scheduled route around Market Rasen.
