REMEMBERING the millions perished in concentration and extermination camps 66 ago, Brigg councillors and the town’s MP paid their respects on Holocaust Memorial Day on Thursday, January 27.

Andrew Percy, MP for Brigg and Goole, pledged his commitment to the anniversary by signing a Book of Commitment in the House of Commons to honour those who died. while Brigg Mayor Ben Nobbs lit a candle on Holocaust Day in the Market Place bandstand in memory of the thousands of Jews killed in the Second World War.
