CAISTOR High Street will be closed for two weeks to install a new pedestrian crossing.
The pedestrian crossing was part of a planning application condition for the new Co-op to help people cross the road more safely.
Work is due to be carried out from April 2 for two weeks. Most of the work will take place during the first four days, and then it will reopen for the Easter weekend.
The electrical work will take place during the second week. A Lincolnshire County Council spokesman said: “If the work does overrun it will be completed during the second full weekend.”
