Up to 19 homes are proposed in a redevelopment of former plant hire site in Market Rasen.
Harry Miller of Scan-MechPlant (Sales and Service) Ltd is seeking planning permission to build the homes on a 0.83ha site off Gallamore Lane on the edge of the town.
The site presently contains a mix of outbuildings and open land.
The outline application proposes the homes will be a mix of 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom houses. There would be 14 market houses and five affordable houses.
Access would be from Gallamore Lane, using an existing site access.
The application also notes the proposed site is located close the a regular bus service (Route 53), the lack of which has seen developments rejected by West Lindsey District Council.
It is also within short walking or cycling distance of Market Rasen town centre.
West Lindsey District Council is now seeking public feedback on the proposal.
