Organiser Rachel Axcell said: “As it falls before the 4th of July, we are not allowed a bar or live entertainment, so it will be market-style with collection only.”

No seating or toilets will be provided.

Rachel added: “As a lot of people are still off work, we have an earlier start time of noon too.”

The street food market is held in the town’s South Street Park and has become a popular monthly event in the Caistor calendar since it began last year.

The market was planned for the first Wednesday of the month from March to December, so was only held once this year, in March, before the coronavirus crisis hit.

Now it is back and customers are asked to adhere to the distancing guidelines when queuing for food and to use contactless payments if possible.
