Sadie Richardson, the MR BIG apprentice who became its administrator, started a new job yesterday.
The 20-year-old has become a sales administrator, working in sales and marketing, for ParkAcres in Hemswell Cliff, which produces vitamins, minerals and supplements.
Her departure comes as MR BIG faces an uncertain future, with the group staging an Extraordinary General Meeting about this on February 25.
But Sadie, MR BIG’s only employee, said her contract was due to expire anyway.
“I have had the time of my life. It’s been a wonderful experience,” she said.
In her varied role, the former De Aston student, undertook activities including accounts, marketing and retailing.
“I have enjoyed all aspects of the job and I want to thank the MR BIG directors and all the people I have met over the two years,” she said.
Sadie said she will follow MR BIG and Market Rasen’s future closely.
Chair of MR BIG, Sara Scott said she was “gutted” Sadie was leaving and she would have extended her contract.
“Sadie’s been a real asset, but she’s a young girl and she needs to carve out her career,” Sara added.
