The councillor – whose hobbies are dog walking, gardening and going out with friends – says she is looking forward to using her previous experience to benefit Market Rasen.

She said: “I’m looking forward to the challenge that it brings with being a councillor on a very well established council.

“I’ve always been involved with communities and served on committees.

“I like dealing with people.

“I can bring the experience I’ve got to Rasen to hopefully make a difference to people of the town.”

Rosemary was co-opted onto Market Rasen Town Council, along with Jake Jackson, at an extraordinary meeting on July
