Obituary: Les Breach

The funeral service for Leslie Charles Frank (Les) Breach, aged 84 years of Middle Rasen was held at Lincoln Crematorium and was followed by a memorial service in Middle Rasen Methodist Church.

The Rev Anne Coates officiated at the services and arrangements were by J Marshall of Market Rasen.

Les was born in Hastings.

Following National Service, he re-enlisted in the Royal Air Force, where he remained for 36 years, until his retirement in 1984.

Les was an airframe fitter and worked all over the world, including flying up and down the length of Africa, mapping for the RAF.

He spent his retirement enjoying his horses and dogs, and enjoying long walks in the countryside.

Family mourners were: Susan and David Geal, Jenny and Mike Potter (daughters and sons-in-law); David and Cath Breach (son and daughter-in-law); Carol Boorman (sister); Sharon and Darren Pollard, Leann Cook (rep the Cook family), Steven Breach and Laura Hollingsworth, Chris and Siân Potter, Joanna Potter and Ryan Ingram (grandchildren and partners); Danny McGurk, Aidan McGurk, James Pollard and Rhianna Pollard (great-grandchildren); Kevin Boorman, Christopher Boorman, Kim Ross, Jane Kirimli and Sarah Butcher (nephews and nieces).
