The funeral service for John Clifford Marshall, aged 84 years of Market Rasen, was held at Scunthorpe Crematorium.
The Rev M Cartwright officiated at the service and arrangements were by J Marshall of Market Rasen.
Cliff was born in Grayingham.
On leaving school, he went to work on the land. He then became a lorry driver, which he continued doing until he retired.
