A leisure park with 23 cabins and three wildlife lakes has been proposed for an Osgodby farm.
James Marks, of Beckside Farm, has submitted a planning application to West Lindsey District Council for the development at Caistor Road.
If approved, a variety of two and three-bedroomed cabins would form part of the development.
The site is within 33 acres of land, previously used as an equestrian centre and nursery, near Usselby Moor.
The application says some of the site currently used for paddocks would be improved with native wildflowers to increase the biodiversity of the area.
Nearby woodland would also be regenerated with plants. Additional native hedges would also be planted.
Existing ‘hard’ areas previously used for the nursery would be used for office space.
West Lindsey District Council has begun a public consultation exercise concerning the project.
