Their popular annual ten-pin bowling night was revived last week, followed by games, food and a quiz.
The event was held at Cleethorpes Ten Pin Bowling Alley, with the men’s prize being won by Ian Chaplin on 146 points, and the women’s prize by Sue Watson on 111 points.
After the bowling, the twinners returned to Keelby Village Hall where they enjoyed fish and chips, kindly provided by The Chip Inn.
The group of around 35 twinners took part in a French-themed quiz, compiled and hosted by Ian Chaplin, six rounds of a ‘beetle drive’, and a fun game of Mr & Mrs, which was won by Mick and Sue Watson.
Committee member and event organiser, James Silcocks, said: “This year we decided to bring back the bowling night, as it has been a family favourite in the past.
“Thank you to all those who took part and many thanks to everyone who helped set up the hall, particularly Ian Chaplin and Mark Turner.”
