GROUCHO Marks, Salvador Dali and even Ned Flanders had one, and now the men of Market Rasen will be getting them too.

November has become Movember as men across the town take up the challenge of growing a moustache.

The town has two teams of likely lads who will be getting the ‘tache treatment in return for sponsorship to help raise money in support of prostate and testicular cancer charities through the Movember foundation.

The town team met at the Aston Arms for a clean-shaven photo.

There are currently 12 men in the team, but more are being recruited daily.

De Aston School staff are also taking up the hairy challenge, with one brave teacher even allowing his students to choose the style of moustache and a female teacher being sponsored to wear a moustache during lessons.

The month-long fundraiser will see the groups getting together at the end of November for a final photo to see how they all got on.
