Outstanding local artists and well-known crafts people will be coming together for a two-day festival in Caistor next month.
The annual summer Arts and Crafts Festival will be held in Caistor Town Hall on Saturday, September 5, and Sunday, September 6.
Pastels, acrylics, oils and watercolours will all be on show in the gallery along with Val Mager’s popular detailed mezzotints and aquatints.
Steve Pritchard with his large, loose oils and Dorothy Burke will be returning with her watercolours and acrylics too.
Hunt out the crafts area for Lesley Leonard giving upholstery help, amongst a host of other stallholders.
A timed programme of musical events will also entertain everyone inside and outside throughout the weekend.
And for the first time a licensed bar will be open with real ale and other drinks available at reasonable prices.
Now a well-established feature on the Arts scene, the Festival continues to offer free entrance, meaning many people take the opportunity to visit more than once over the weekend.
The festival will be open from 10am to 4pm each day.
