Families are being encouraged to take their first steps to getting active with a programme of free dancing sessions.
The sessions, part of North Lincolnshire Council’s Active Together programme, are being offered until Christmas as a taster programme to find out what activities people want to take part in.
Melody Movement on Wednesdays at the Ancholme Leisure Centre from 1.30pm to 2pm will be teaching the next steps in dance and movement for children aged two to four years-old and their families.
Parents will be expected to be actively involved.
Popdance, also on Wednesdays at Ancholme Leisure Centre, 5.15pm to 6pm, is a chance to learn simple routines to pop music from the 80s, 90s and 00s.
It is suitable for all those aged eight and above, but under 16s must be accompanied by a participating adult.
All sessions are free to attend, but places are limited.
Contact Chelsey Everatt at firstname.lastname@example.org or 01724 297270 to book your place.
