There is a double bill of music at Faldingworth Memorial Hall this weekend.
The featured artists this Saturday, February 20, are Damien Barber & Mike Wilson, with support from Paul Dickinson.
Mike and Damien perform a rich shared repertoire of traditional songs with humorous interludes as well as the work of modern folk writers such as Peter Bellamy, Ewan MacColl and Mike Waterson.
Although relatively young men, they have between them more than 40 years experience of folk venue performing. This is because Mike is the youngest member of the Wilson Family and Damien is the leader of The Demon Barber Roadshow – both very popular festival acts.
Paul Dickinson is from Spalding and sings both traditional and contemporary material, accompanying himself on guitar and concertina.
Music starts at 8pm, with tickets £9 from 01522 535770 or firstname.lastname@example.org
