Walkers, joggers and runners in Lincolnshire are being encouraged to enter the multi-terrain Market Rasen 10k now for a discounted rate.
Despite more than 200 entrants to the race, organisers say there is still space for more.
Lincolnshire Sports Partnership is encouraging more people to get involved now while the prices remain at £10 for UKA affiliated runners and £12 for non-affiliated runners.
“You don’t have to run the 10k – you can walk or jog, and there’s no time limit,” said Marc Rhodes, events officer at Lincolnshire Sports Partnership.
“You can run for fun or raise money for charity and this year we are looking for Heart Runners to run on behalf of the British Heart Foundation.
“Either way, we just want as many people from across Lincolnshire to get involved and have fun.”
The Market Rasen run on Sunday, November 17 is the third and final race of three in the West Lindsey Run Series 2013.
The run starts at 10am at Market Rasen Racecourse.
Entry on the day will cost £15 for all runners.
