Market Rasen Town Council’s planning committee has raised concerns about a proposal to build five new homes behind a Market Rasen tea room.
Ronnie Stalford has submitted a planning application to West Lindsey District Council for five two-bedroom homes behind Albion Tea Room in Queen Street.
But the town council planning committee has expressed concerns with the entrance/access in and out onto Waterloo Street.
Councillors believe Church Street and Waterloo Street are not good access roads, saying both roads are very narrow.
The application will be determined by West Lindsey District Council’s planning committee in the coming months.
A public consultation period is currently under way.
