A GLENTHAM girl has proved she is top of the table - the periodic table that is.
Abi Brownbridge got a flawless score in her A-level chemistry, achieving 600 marks out of 600 in her assessments earlier this year. She achieved a total of four A* grades - in biology, chemistry, maths and further maths.
But it is the chemistry that saw her picking up an award from the Salter’s Institute, the flagship charity of The Salters’ Company, which promotes the appreciation of chemistry and related sciences among the young, and encourages the teaching of chemistry by sponsoring a series of Awards and Prizes.
