Once again Caistor town hall was filled with fantastic music and singing as Caistor Grammar School’s students held house music competitions over two afternoons.
Ayscough were the winners at the junior event on 99 points, with Hansard second on 92 points and Rawlinson third on 89.
Adjudicator Neville Turner, ABRSM examiner and conductor of Grimsby and Lincoln Symphony Orchestras, said: “It’s been a very entertaining afternoon. There is lots of talent shown in all different forms.”
The second day saw the seniors take to the stage and entertained a packed audience.
And this time it was Hansard who came out on top, scoring 111 points, Rawlinson a close second on 110 points and Ayscough third with 100 points.
Neville Turner said of the seniors; “What a great afternoon with lots of effort and good spirit. Another very entertaining afternoon.”
Overall winners of juniors and seniors were Hansard with 203 points and Rawlinson second on 199 points.
