One of the sunniest days of the year saw the crowds turn out to enjoy Open Farm Sunday at Hall Farm in Stainton le Vale.
This was the tenth year the farm has taken part in the national event organised by Linking Environment And Farming (LEAF) and there was even more for the whole family to enjoy.
More than 2,000 people stepped inside the farm gate to find out all about farming and the countryside in general.
As always, the tractor and trailer rides proved very popular, with lengthy queues throughout the day of those wanting to take a tour of the Sutton Estates owned land.
Food producers and countryside groups were also kept busy throughout the day, answering questions and giving information.
