A Caistor man has been charged with making threats to kill a doctor, a court has been told.
Jonathan Davies, 35, of Burnetts Yard, has been charged with making threats to kill Dr Neil Wright to Dr Christopher Chadwick in Grimsby on November 7 last year, Grimsby Magistrates’ Court heard on May 13.
Mr Davies is also charged with failing to provide a sample in order for police to ascertain whether or not he had taken a class ‘A’ drug on November 14.
The final charge Mr Davies faces is failing to surrender to custody at Grimsby Police Station on November 15.
He has not yet entered a plea for any of the charges.
Mr Davies has been given conditional bail until June 12 when he is due to appear at Grimsby Magistrates’ Court.
