Rasen driver is fined, court hears

A Market Rasen man has been sentenced after he pleaded guilty to a string of motoring offences, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard.

Luke Nash, 24, of Dear Street, failed to stop after an accident involving another vehicle and failed to report the accident.

The court heard how he drove a car without a valid licence and without third party insurance.

Nash was fined a total of £150. And he was ordered to pay £100 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge.

His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
