POLICE in Caistor dealt with 25 per cent more incidents in June than the previous month.

Figures from Caistor police show they dealt with 128 incidents in May – this figure went up to 161 in June.

PCSO Scott Taylor said the increase was partly due to weather conditions after police responded to several flooding incidents.

Other incidents included a report that a scooter had tried to run over a pedestrian.
