A BINBROOK woman was fined after pleading guilty to driving without due care and attention, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard.
Josephine Carter, 69, of St Marys Lane, admitted driving without due care and attention in Newport Road / Rasen Lane, Lincoln on November 25, 2011.
Carter’s driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points and she was fined £35. She also had to pay £85 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
Two further charges of failing to stop after an accident and failing to report that accident were dismissed by the court.
